Welcome to Dino Run Adventure ("we," "our," or "us"). Dino Run Adventure is a 2D endless-runner game built with Flutter and the Flame game engine, in which you guide a dinosaur through Desert, City, Sea Side, Railway Station, and Jungle environments, collect coins and power-ups, and unlock additional playable dinosaurs and environments. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use Dino Run Adventure on Android, iOS, or the web (the "App").
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with its terms, please do not download, access, or use the App.
🔒 Our Commitment: Dino Run Adventure has no user accounts, no chat or social features, and no servers of our own. Nearly everything about your play session - your progress, unlocks, and settings - stays on your own device.
Dino Run Adventure does not require registration, sign-in, or any personal information to play. We do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number at any point in the App.
To let you pick up where you left off, the App saves the following directly on your device (not on our servers), using Flutter's standard local-storage plugin (Android SharedPreferences / iOS UserDefaults, or your browser's local storage if you play the web version):
None of this gameplay data is transmitted to us, and we cannot see it, back it up, or recover it if you uninstall the App or clear its storage.

Your gameplay data (Section 2.2) is stored only on your device. We do not operate a backend server or database that stores your game progress, and we cannot access it remotely.
Because most data never leaves your device, the practical security measures that matter most are:
Dino Run Adventure requests only the permissions it needs to function:

The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, photos, or files, and does not need any such permission to play.

On iOS, personalized/tracking-based ads only occur if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline, you will still see ads, just not personalized to your device's advertising identifier. You can also opt out of personalized advertising generally in your device's settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking / Apple Advertising).
The App uses a small number of standard Flutter plugins that do not collect or transmit data to us:
📝 Note: We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. The only outside parties involved are Google (advertising and, where applicable, Play Billing) and Apple (App Store purchases), each acting under their own privacy policies.
Dino Run Adventure offers one optional in-app purchase: Remove Ads, a one-time purchase that turns off banner and interstitial ads.
For purchase issues, refunds, or billing questions, please contact Google Play or Apple support directly, as we do not have access to your payment information to resolve these on our end.
Because your gameplay data lives on your device rather than on our servers, you are always in direct control of it:
Dino Run Adventure is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App has no chat, messaging, user profiles, or user-generated content of any kind.
If our App is made available on a children's platform or through a "Families"-style program in the future, advertising on that build will be configured to serve only non-personalized, contextual ads appropriate for that audience, consistent with Google Play Families Policy and Apple's Kids Category requirements. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details in Section 11.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the App's features, advertising, or applicable law changes. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last Updated" date above; where changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to make that clear (for example, via an in-app notice). We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
